Orders are typically packed and marked as "Ready for Collection" within 1-2 business days of the purchase being processed, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

We use Australia Post International for all orders outside of Australia.
This is a standard mail service and has an estimated delivery window of 10-15 working days, at a minimum.
Mintcloud Studio are not responsible for any package delays or any packages lost in transit. Once we have packed and shipped your order, any issues can be addressed by Australia Post.
All international orders require a phone number for delivery and must be delivered to a residential address. They cannot be delivered to a PO Box, Army Base or Hotel.
If you are ordering from outside of Australia, you will be responsible for any customs/duties charges in your own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
If the international shipping rate is less than $20, we will possibly refund a portion of the difference.
