Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis to ensure both parties’ legal responsibilities are fairly explored and taken into account.

Exchanges

No exchanges can be made on earrings for hygiene reasons.

If you simply change your mind on a non-earring purchase within 14 days of purchase, we will happily exchange your item* with another product of equal or greater value, with the difference being paid by the purchaser. However, the following conditions apply:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided for an exchange  
  • You will be required to pay for return postage if posted for return, and redelivery if a new item is required to be delivered to you.

*No exchanges can be made on:
Earrings - for hygiene reasons
Gift cards
Sale items

Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless an item is proven to be faulty or the product is not true to its description. 

If your item is faulty, please contact us and send us a photo of the product within 5 days of receiving your order to contact@mintcloud.com.au for our assessment. 

If your product is proven to be faulty (we really hope this is never the case!), we will have you return via post with your proof of purchase, we will provide you with a shipping label.

After you have returned the item with your proof of purchase, you have the choice of receiving a refund or exchanging the item to its equivalent value. 

Mintcloud will not exchange or refund an item that has been damaged after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration.

Changes to Shipping and Returns Policy
Mintcloud reserves the right to modify this policy at any given time. Any changes to our policy will be posted to this page only. We recommended that you check this page before each purchase you make.
